To set the time, press and hold the 'Time Set' button until the display starts flashing. Use the 'Hour' and 'Minute' buttons to adjust the time, then press 'Time Set' again to confirm.
First, check the batteries to ensure they are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. If the problem persists, try resetting the clock by removing and reinserting the batteries.
Press the 'Alarm Set' button to enter alarm setting mode. Adjust the hour and minute using the respective buttons, and press 'Alarm Set' again to save changes.
Ensure that the alarm is set and activated (alarm symbol should be visible on the display). Check the volume settings and ensure the batteries are not depleted.
When the alarm sounds, press the 'Snooze' button. This will silence the alarm temporarily and it will sound again after the set snooze interval.
The Acctim Harris 14883 does not automatically adjust for daylight saving time. You will need to manually adjust the time when changes occur.
The clock requires two AA batteries. It is recommended to use high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance.
To reset the clock to factory settings, remove the batteries, wait for a few minutes, and then reinsert them. This will clear any settings and restore defaults.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior of the clock. Avoid using water or cleaning agents to prevent damage.
Ensure that the AM/PM setting is correctly adjusted. Check the battery level, as low power can affect timekeeping accuracy.
