To set up your Xiaomi Mi PM2.5 Detector, start by charging the device fully using the supplied USB cable. Once charged, power on the device by pressing the power button. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network using the Mi Home app.
Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the device does not support 5GHz networks. Restart both your router and the PM2.5 Detector. If the problem persists, try resetting the device by holding down the reset button for 10 seconds and attempt the setup process again.
