To reset the boiler, locate the reset button on the control panel. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the fault indicator clears. Release the button and allow the boiler to restart.
Check if the thermostat is set correctly and ensure the boiler pressure is within the recommended range (1-1.5 bar). If the issue persists, inspect for any error codes on the display and consult the manual or contact a professional technician.
Turn off the boiler and locate the filling loop. Open the valves on the filling loop to allow water into the system. Monitor the pressure gauge and close the valves once the pressure reaches 1-1.5 bar.
Unusual noises may be due to air in the system or a buildup of limescale. Bleed the radiators to remove air, and consider using a descaler to clean the system. If noises persist, contact a qualified engineer.
It is recommended to service your boiler annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
Turn off the boiler and water supply. Inspect for visible leaks and tighten any loose connections. If the leak persists, contact a professional engineer to prevent further damage.
The boiler requires electricity to operate. During a power outage, it will not function. Consider installing a backup power source if frequent outages occur in your area.
Turn off the heating system and use a radiator key to slowly open the bleed valve. Allow air to escape until water begins to trickle out, then close the valve tightly. Repeat for each radiator.
Regularly check the pressure gauge, ensure the vents are clear, and inspect for any leaks. Schedule annual servicing and keep the area around the boiler clean and unobstructed.
Use the control panel to select the desired temperature. Press the '+' or '-' buttons to increase or decrease the temperature setting. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions specific to your model.
