To power on the device, press and hold the power button until the LED indicator lights up. Ensure the battery is charged or the device is connected to a power source.
First, check if the camera lens is clean. Then, ensure that the device is properly powered on and connected. If the problem persists, try restarting the device or checking for any loose connections.
Download the compatible app from the app store. Turn on the camera’s Wi-Fi and connect your smartphone to the camera's Wi-Fi network. Open the app to view the live feed.
Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lens. Avoid using abrasive materials or liquids that could damage the lens coating. Store the camera in a protective case when not in use.
To extend battery life, lower the screen brightness, turn off the camera when not in use, and keep the battery charged between 20% and 80% to avoid deep discharges.
Ensure that there are no obstructions between the camera and the receiver. Reduce the distance between the devices and check for interference from other wireless devices.
Visit the manufacturer's website to check for firmware updates. Follow the instructions provided to download and install the update via a USB connection or over Wi-Fi.
