To perform a factory reset, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'System', select 'Reset & Admin', then choose 'Reset TV to Factory Defaults'. Enter the parental control code if prompted.
Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and the power outlet. Check if the power outlet is working by trying a different device. If the problem persists, unplug the TV for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
The Vizio VL320M does not have built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. You can connect it to the internet using an Ethernet cable or by using an external streaming device that supports Wi-Fi.
