To connect your Vizio V435-G0 TV to Wi-Fi, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'Network', and select 'Wireless'. Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password when prompted.
Ensure the TV is plugged into a working outlet. Check the power cable for damage and try a different power outlet. If the issue persists, try a factory reset by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds.
To update the firmware, go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Check for Updates'. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet.

Connect external speakers using the audio output ports on the back of the TV. You can use either the optical audio output or the HDMI ARC port. Ensure the TV's audio settings are configured to use external speakers.
