Go to the Menu, select 'System', then 'Check for Updates'. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it. Ensure the TV is connected to the internet.

Ensure your router is functioning correctly and is close enough to the TV. Consider using a wired Ethernet connection for a more stable link. Restart your TV and router to refresh the connection.
Press the Menu button, go to 'Picture', and adjust settings such as Brightness, Contrast, and Sharpness according to your preference. You can also select from preset picture modes like Standard or Movie.
Check the batteries in the remote and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV. Try pairing the remote again by following the instructions in the user manual.
