To connect your Vizio P602ui-B3 TV to Wi-Fi, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'Network', select 'Network Connection', and choose 'Wireless'. Then, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
If your TV won't turn on, ensure it's plugged in and the power outlet is working. Try pressing the power button on the TV itself. If it still won’t turn on, unplug the TV for a minute, then plug it back in and try again.
