To connect your TV to Wi-Fi, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, go to 'Network', select 'Wireless', choose your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password if prompted.
Check all cable connections for any loose or damaged cables. Try resetting the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes, then plug it back in. If the issue persists, update the TV firmware via the Settings menu.
