To connect your Vizio E320i-B0 to Wi-Fi, press the Menu button on your remote, navigate to Network, and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password to connect.
First, ensure that the TV is turned on and connected to a power source. Check the input source to make sure it is set correctly. Try unplugging the TV for a minute, then plug it back in to reset it.
To update the firmware, press the Menu button on your remote, go to System, and select Check for Updates. The TV will automatically download and install any available updates.
