To connect your Vizio E231i-B1 to Wi-Fi, press the 'Menu' button on your remote. Navigate to 'Network' and select 'Network Connection'. Choose 'Wireless', select your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password.
First, ensure the TV is plugged into a working outlet. Try a different power outlet and check the power cord. If the issue persists, hold the power button for 30 seconds to reset the TV.
