To connect your Vizio D650i-B2 TV to Wi-Fi, press the Menu button on your remote, navigate to Network, and select Wireless. Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your password if prompted.
First, try replacing the batteries. If that doesn't work, power cycle the TV by unplugging it for a minute, then plugging it back in. If the remote still doesn't work, it may need to be replaced.
To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button, go to System, select Reset & Admin, and then choose Reset TV to Factory Settings. Confirm the reset when prompted.
Ensure that all cables are securely connected. Check the picture settings in the TV menu to ensure they are correctly configured. Also, try different input sources to determine if the issue is with the TV or the input device.
Your Vizio TV should automatically update its firmware when connected to the internet. You can manually check for updates by going to the Menu, selecting System, and then choosing Check for Updates.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner. Avoid using paper towels, as they can scratch the screen. Never spray liquid directly onto the screen.
Press the Menu button on your remote, go to Channels & Inputs, and then select Closed Captions. Choose the preferred caption style and language.
Check if the TV is muted or the volume is turned down. Ensure audio cables are connected properly, and try different audio sources. If using external speakers, verify they are turned on and functioning.
Press the Input button on your remote. Use the arrow keys to highlight the desired input source and press OK to select it.
The Vizio D650i-B2 does not support Bluetooth audio devices. To connect external audio devices, use the available audio output ports or consider using a Bluetooth transmitter.
