To clean the screen, turn off the TV and use a microfiber cloth. Gently wipe the screen in a circular motion. Avoid using any liquid cleaning solutions directly on the screen to prevent damage.
Check if the TV is muted or if the volume is set too low. Verify that external devices are connected properly. You may also need to access the 'Audio' settings in the menu to ensure the correct audio output is selected.
Press the 'Menu' button, go to 'Accessibility', and select 'Closed Captions'. Turn on 'Closed Captions' and choose your preferred style and size for the captions.
Connect your external speakers to the TV using the 'Audio Out' port, either digital or analog. Make sure to select the correct output method in the 'Audio' settings menu. Adjust the TV volume and external device accordingly.
