To reset the water filter indicator, press and hold the "Filter Reset" button on the control panel for 3 seconds. The indicator light should turn off, indicating a successful reset.
First, check the thermostat settings to ensure they are set correctly. Make sure the vents inside the refrigerator are not blocked. If the problem persists, inspect the condenser coils for dust and clean them if necessary.
