To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the up or down arrows to set your desired temperature for the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
First, check if the appliance is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the vents inside the refrigerator are not blocked. If the issue persists, consider cleaning the condenser coils or contacting a professional technician.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils at least twice a year to maintain optimal efficiency.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow ice to melt naturally. Clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Locate the water filter compartment, usually inside the fridge. Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise until it locks in place.
Water pooling could be due to a blocked defrost drain. Clear the drain by flushing it with warm water and ensure it is free from debris.
To replace the interior light bulb, unplug the refrigerator. Remove the light cover, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with a new bulb of the same wattage. Replace the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Ensure the ice maker is switched on and the water supply line is connected properly. Check for any clogs in the water line or ice maker unit. If the problem continues, consider contacting a service technician.
Check if the refrigerator is level and adjust the leveling legs if necessary. Ensure that it is not in contact with other surfaces that might amplify vibrations.
Regular maintenance tasks include cleaning the condenser coils, replacing the water filter every 6 months, checking door seals, and ensuring proper temperature settings.
