To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset > Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
First, ensure the power cable is securely connected. Try unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds, and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, perform a power reset by holding the power button on the TV for 5 seconds.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi, and then select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter your Wi-Fi password if prompted to connect.
Check the volume level and ensure the TV is not muted. Verify that the audio output settings match your setup (e.g., internal speakers, external sound system). Confirm that all cable connections are secure.
To update the software, go to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update. Follow the on-screen instructions to check for and install updates.
Ensure the remote has fresh batteries and is pointed directly at the TV. If it still doesn't work, try pairing it again by holding the “Home” and “Back” buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Go to Settings > Picture & Display > Picture Adjustments, and select HDR mode. Ensure your content source supports HDR and is connected via HDMI 2.0 or higher cable.
Adjust the Picture Mode in Settings > Picture & Display. For best results, use 'Cinema' or 'Custom' mode and tweak the settings like brightness, contrast, and color according to your preferences.
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using any liquids or cleaning solutions directly on the screen. For stubborn spots, slightly dampen the cloth with water.
Go to Settings > Parental Controls, and set up a PIN. You can then restrict content based on ratings or block specific channels.
