To reset your Sony PRSA-AC10, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the device restarts. If this does not work, use a pin to press the reset button located on the bottom of the device.
Ensure that the charger is properly connected to both the device and the power outlet. Try using a different charging cable or adapter. If the problem persists, check the charging port for debris or damage.
Connect your Sony PRSA-AC10 to a Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings > About Device > Software Update. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates.
Screen flickering on the Sony PRSA-AC10 can be caused by a low battery or outdated firmware. Charge the device fully and ensure it is running the latest firmware version. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
