To perform a system recovery, restart your computer and press the F10 key when you see the VAIO logo. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the recovery process. Ensure you back up your data as this will restore the PC to factory settings.
Check the power cable and ensure it is securely connected. Try a different power outlet and check if the power indicator is on. If the issue persists, consider checking the power supply unit or contact support.
Turn off the PC and unplug all cables. Open the side panel and locate the RAM slots on the motherboard. Insert the new RAM module into an empty slot, ensuring it clicks into place. Close the panel and reconnect the cables.
