If your NWZ-E374 is not recognized, ensure the USB cable is properly connected. Try using a different USB port or cable, and make sure the device is powered on. Also, check for any necessary driver updates for your operating system.
To reset your NWZ-E374, go to the 'Settings' menu, select 'Common Settings,' then choose 'Reset All Settings.' Confirm the reset by selecting 'Yes' to restore the player to factory settings.
To improve battery life, reduce the screen brightness, minimize the use of the equalizer, and turn off the Bluetooth when not in use. Additionally, ensure the device firmware is up to date for optimal performance.
Ensure the audio files are in a compatible format such as MP3, WMA, or AAC. Files with DRM protection or unsupported bitrates may not play. Convert incompatible files to a supported format using audio conversion software.

If the screen freezes, perform a soft reset by pressing the 'RESET' button on the back of the device using a pointed object. This will reboot the player without affecting your data.
To update the firmware, download the latest firmware update from the Sony support website. Connect your NWZ-E374 to your computer, run the downloaded update file, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
