First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try a different charger and outlet. If the phone still doesn't charge, clean the charging port gently with a dry brush. If the problem persists, contact Sony support.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off location services when not needed, and enable battery saver mode under Settings > Battery.
To update the software, navigate to Settings > System > Software update. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Clear the cache by going to Settings > Storage > Cached data. You may also consider uninstalling unused apps and performing a restart. If the issue persists, a factory reset might be necessary.
Use the Xperia Transfer Mobile app available on the Google Play Store to transfer data from your old phone to your Xperia XA2 Ultra. Follow the app's instructions for a seamless transfer.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in your Gallery.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using chemicals or excessive water. For the screen, a microfiber cloth is recommended to avoid scratches.

Reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, and avoid using the phone while charging. If the problem continues, ensure your phone's software is up to date and consider contacting support.
