To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset, and then tap 'Reset Phone'. Confirm your choice and wait for the process to complete.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, and turn on battery saver mode under Settings > Battery.
Clear cached data, uninstall unused apps, and ensure your software is up to date. You can clear cached data through Settings > Storage > Cached data.
Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a visual confirmation on the screen.
Check for debris in the charging port, try a different charging cable or adapter, and ensure the power source is working. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Ensure the lens is clean, adjust camera settings for higher resolution, and use good lighting conditions. Access settings in the camera app to make adjustments.
Go to Settings > About phone > Software update. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
