To perform a factory reset on your Sony G3112 Xperia XA1, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by tapping 'Reset Phone' and then 'Erase everything'. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger. Ensure the charging port is clean from debris. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet or restart the device.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and use 'Stamina Mode' available under Settings > Battery > Power management.
Go to Settings > About phone > Software update. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.
Check if there are any software updates available and install them. Remove any recently installed apps that might be causing conflicts. If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset.
Clear app cache, uninstall unused apps, move photos and media to an external SD card, and use the built-in storage cleaner under Settings > Storage to delete temporary files.
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the 'Screenshots' folder in your Gallery.
Restart the device by holding the power button until it restarts. If the issue persists, check for software updates or perform a factory reset as a last resort.
Use the Xperia Transfer Mobile app to transfer contacts, messages, photos, and other data from your old phone to the Xperia XA1. The app is available on the Google Play Store.
Go to Settings > About phone and tap on 'Build number' seven times. Developer options will be enabled and can be accessed from the main settings menu.
