To set the time on your Seiko S055 Stopwatch, press and hold the "Mode" button until the time display starts flashing. Use the "Start/Stop" button to adjust the hours and the "Lap/Reset" button to adjust the minutes. Press the "Mode" button again to save the settings.
To reset the stopwatch to zero, ensure the stopwatch is stopped, then press the "Lap/Reset" button. The time will clear and return to zero.
If your stopwatch is not starting, check to ensure the battery is not depleted. Replace the battery if necessary. If the issue persists, try resetting the device by removing and reinserting the battery.
To replace the battery, remove the back cover of the stopwatch using a small screwdriver. Take out the old battery and insert a new one, ensuring the correct polarity. Replace the back cover securely.
The Seiko S055 Stopwatch is water-resistant, but it is not waterproof. It can withstand light rain, but it should not be submerged in water.
To measure split times, start the stopwatch and press the "Lap/Reset" button at each split point. The display will show the split time for a few seconds before returning to the ongoing time.
The Seiko S055 Stopwatch can record up to 100 hours continuously before it resets to zero.
To clean your stopwatch, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or submerging it in water.
A dim display often indicates a low battery. Replace the battery with a new one to restore the display brightness.
If the buttons are not responding, the stopwatch may need to be reset. Remove the battery and wait a few seconds before reinserting it. If the problem persists, contact Seiko customer service for further assistance.
