First, check if the battery needs replacement. If the watch still doesn't work, it may require servicing. Contact an authorized Seiko service center for assistance.
Routinely check that the crown and case back are securely fastened. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures and chemicals. Have it tested for water resistance annually.
The Seiko H851 is rated for depths up to 200 meters. It is not recommended to exceed this depth as it may compromise the watch's functionality and water resistance.
It is recommended to have the watch serviced every 3 to 5 years to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water. Use a soft brush and mild soap to clean the case and bracelet. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Dirt or debris may be trapped under the bezel. Rinse with fresh water and gently rotate the bezel. If the problem persists, have it checked by a professional.
It is advisable to have the battery replaced by an authorized Seiko service center to ensure proper handling and maintenance of water resistance.
The Seiko H851 typically comes with a stainless steel bracelet or a silicone strap, both suitable for diving. Other options may be available through authorized dealers.
