To replace the battery, remove the back cover using a small screwdriver. Carefully take out the old battery and insert a new one of the same type. Replace the cover and make sure it is sealed properly to maintain water resistance.
The Seiko H021 Duo Display Watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters, making it suitable for swimming and snorkeling but not for diving.
To adjust the bracelet, use a pin pusher tool to remove the pins connecting the links. Remove the necessary links to fit your wrist size, and reinsert the pins to secure the bracelet.
A slow-running watch may be due to a low battery or magnetization. Try replacing the battery first. If the issue persists, demagnetize the watch or have it serviced by a professional.
To reset the chronograph, press the stop button to halt the chronograph, then press the reset button to return all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
Regular maintenance includes battery replacement every 2-3 years, checking the water resistance seals, and cleaning the watch to prevent dirt buildup. Consider professional servicing every 3-5 years.
