Pull the crown out to the second click when the second hand is at the 12 o'clock position. Rotate the crown to set the desired time. Push the crown back in to start the watch.
Check if the battery needs replacement. If the battery is fine, ensure the watch is not magnetized. If the issue persists, consult a professional watch technician.
Pull the crown out to the first click. Rotate it to adjust the date. Ensure the time is set correctly to avoid AM/PM confusion.
The second hand skipping multiple seconds may indicate a low battery. Replace the battery promptly to ensure accurate timekeeping.
It is recommended to service your Seiko watch every 3 to 5 years to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
Check the water resistance rating of your specific model. If it's labeled for water resistance, ensure the crown is pushed in fully before exposure to water.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the watch case and bracelet. Avoid using chemicals or submerging the watch unless it is water-resistant.
Magnetization or environmental factors can affect timekeeping. If accuracy is off, have it demagnetized or serviced by a professional.
It's best to have the battery replaced by a professional to avoid damage to the case or movement. If you attempt it yourself, ensure you have the correct tools and battery type.
Take your watch to a professional technician who can demagnetize it using specialized equipment. Avoid storing your watch near magnetic objects in the future.
