To set the time, pull the crown out to the second click position. Rotate the crown to set the correct time. Push the crown back to its normal position when finished.
If your watch stops, it may need a new battery. Have the battery replaced by an authorized service center to ensure proper handling and to maintain water resistance.
To maintain water resistance, avoid exposing the watch to solvents or chemicals, and ensure the crown is always pushed in completely. Have the watch's water resistance checked annually by a professional.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the case and band. If necessary, use a cloth slightly dampened with water and mild soap. Avoid immersing the watch in water unless it is water-resistant.
To adjust the date, pull the crown out to the first click position. Turn the crown to set the date. Push the crown back to its normal position after setting. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 1 AM.
If your watch is running fast or slow, it may need a regulation adjustment or servicing. Bring it to an authorized Seiko service center for evaluation and adjustment.
While it is possible to replace the band yourself, it is recommended to have it done by a professional to ensure the correct fit and to avoid damaging the watch.
Seiko recommends having your watch serviced every three to five years to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Fogging can indicate moisture inside the watch. Take your watch to a service center immediately to prevent potential damage to the movement.
