To connect your TV to Wi-Fi, press the Menu button on your remote, go to Network, and select Network Settings. Choose Wireless, and select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter your Wi-Fi password to connect.
Ensure all cables are securely connected. Try resetting your TV by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If the issue persists, update the TV's firmware through the Settings menu.
To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button, navigate to Support, then select Self Diagnosis, and choose Reset. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) to complete the reset.
