Samsung EH6001 Series Quick Setup Guide

The Samsung EH6001 Series TV does not have built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. To connect it to the internet, you will need to use a wired Ethernet connection or a compatible external device such as a streaming stick that supports Wi-Fi.
First, check the batteries in the remote and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV. If the issue persists, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries and pressing the power button for 10 seconds before reinserting the batteries.
To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button on your remote, go to Support, and select Self Diagnosis. Then, choose Reset and enter your PIN (default is 0000) to restore the TV to factory settings.
Ensure the TV is not muted and the volume is turned up. Check if external speakers or headphones are connected. If the issue continues, go to the TV's audio settings to ensure the correct sound output is selected.
Download the latest firmware from the Samsung website onto a USB drive. Insert the USB drive into the TV and navigate to Menu > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
For optimal picture settings, set the Picture Mode to Movie or Standard, adjust the backlight to match your room lighting, and ensure the color tone is set to Warm1 or Warm2 for more natural colors.
Check if the power cable is securely connected and not damaged. Try connecting the TV to a different power outlet. If the issue persists, access the Picture menu and disable features like Eco Sensor or Motion Lighting that might affect the display.
The Samsung EH6001 Series TV does not support Bluetooth connectivity. To use Bluetooth headphones, consider using a Bluetooth transmitter that connects to the TV's audio output.
Ensure you have a compatible wall mount for your TV's VESA pattern. Follow the instructions provided with the wall mount kit, ensuring you securely attach the mounting brackets to the TV and the wall, using the appropriate anchors for your wall type.
Check if the power cable is connected properly and the outlet is functional. Try using a different power outlet or cable. If the problem persists, unplug the TV for a few minutes and then plug it back in. If the issue continues, contact Samsung support for further assistance.
