To connect your Samsung B350 Series TV to Wi-Fi, press the Menu button on your remote, go to Network, select Network Settings, and then select Wireless. Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password if prompted.
To update the firmware, go to Menu > Support > Software Update. Select Update Now and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest firmware version.
First, check all cable connections to ensure they are secure. Then, try adjusting the Picture settings in the Menu. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset by navigating to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
To enable subtitles, press the Menu button, go to Broadcasting, select Subtitle, and then turn the Subtitle option to On. You can also select your preferred subtitle language here.
Check that the TV is not muted and the volume is turned up. Ensure that the audio output settings are correct by going to Menu > Sound > Speaker Settings. If you are using external speakers, check the connections.
To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button, go to Support, select Self Diagnosis, and then select Reset. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) and confirm the reset.
The Samsung B350 Series does not support Bluetooth connectivity. Consider using a Bluetooth transmitter with the audio output ports if you wish to connect Bluetooth devices.
Press the Menu button, go to Picture, and select Picture Size. From here, you can choose the desired aspect ratio or use the Zoom and Position options for further adjustments.
Ensure the TV is properly plugged into a working power outlet. Try pressing the power button on the TV instead of the remote. If the problem persists, unplug the TV for a few minutes, then plug it back in and attempt to power it on again.
The Samsung B350 Series is a basic model and may not support app downloads or smart features. Consider using an external streaming device for app access.
