To connect your TV to Wi-Fi, press the Home button on your remote, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings, and then select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter your Wi-Fi password if prompted.
To update the software, press the Home button, go to Settings > Support > Software Update, and select 'Update Now'. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet during this process.
Ensure the power cable is securely connected. Try a different power outlet and check the remote batteries. If the issue persists, perform a soft reset by unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
To perform a factory reset, press the Home button, go to Settings > General > Reset. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) and confirm the reset.
To enable HDR, press the Home button, navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and turn on HDR+ Mode. Ensure your content source supports HDR.
First, try restarting your TV. If the Smart Hub is still not working, navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. This will restore the default settings for Smart Hub.
Press the Home button, go to Settings > Picture. Here, you can adjust various picture settings such as Picture Mode, Backlight, Brightness, and Contrast to suit your preferences.
To connect Bluetooth devices, press the Home button, go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Ensure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. Select your device from the list to connect.
Check if the TV is muted and ensure the volume is turned up. Verify that the sound output is set correctly by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. If using external speakers, check their connections.
Press the Home button, go to Settings > Broadcasting > Program Rating Lock Settings. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) to enable and configure parental controls according to your preferences.
