Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and the outlet. Try a different outlet or check the circuit breaker. If the standby light is on, try using the remote or the TV's power button.
Go to Menu > Support > Software Update. Choose Update Now to check for and install the latest firmware updates. Ensure the TV is connected to the internet.
Check the cable connections and ensure the source device is outputting at the correct resolution. You can also adjust the picture settings by going to Menu > Picture and selecting a different picture mode.
To reset your TV, go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) and confirm the reset. This will erase all settings and return the TV to its original state.
Check if the mute button is activated or if the volume is set to a low level. Ensure external speakers or sound systems are correctly connected. Verify audio settings in Menu > Sound are properly configured.
Press the Smart Hub button on your remote to access the list of available apps. You can download new apps by navigating to the Samsung Apps section.

Activate the Eco Solution settings by going to Menu > System > Eco Solution. Enable options like Eco Sensor and Power Saving Mode to reduce energy consumption.
Replace the batteries in the remote. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV. Try pairing the remote again by holding the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
