To change the blade, first unplug the saw. Use the wrench provided to loosen the arbor nut. Remove the old blade, replace it with the new one, and tighten the nut securely. Ensure the blade is installed in the correct rotational direction.
Check if the saw is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functioning. Inspect the power cord for any visible damage. If everything appears normal, the issue may be internal, and professional servicing is recommended.
Regularly clean the saw to remove dust and debris. Lubricate moving parts as per the user manual. Check for loose screws and tighten them. Ensure the blade is sharp and replace it as needed.
Ensure the blade is appropriate for tile cutting. Secure the tile on the worktable, align the cutting line with the blade, and proceed with a steady feed rate. Use water to cool the blade and minimize dust.
To align the fence, loosen the locking knobs, adjust the fence to the desired position, and ensure it is parallel to the blade. Tighten the knobs to secure the fence in place.
For cutting granite, a diamond blade is recommended. Ensure it is the correct size as specified in the user manual and rated for high-speed operation.
Utilize the saw's dust port by connecting it to a vacuum system. Always use water when cutting tiles to suppress dust and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Always wear safety goggles, gloves, and hearing protection. Make sure guards are in place and functioning. Avoid loose clothing and keep the work area clean and well-lit.
Loosen the depth adjustment lever, set the blade to the required depth, and then tighten the lever to secure the setting. Ensure the blade does not extend more than necessary.
Check if the blade is properly installed and balanced. Inspect the saw for any loose parts. Ensure the work surface is stable. If vibration persists, consult a professional technician.
