To connect headphones, locate the headphone jack on the front left underside of the piano. Insert the headphone plug into the jack, which will automatically mute the internal speakers.
First, check if the volume is turned up. Ensure that the headphones are not plugged in, as this will mute the speakers. If the problem persists, check all cable connections and try a factory reset.
To perform a factory reset, turn off the piano. While holding down the [Volume] and [Transpose] buttons, turn on the power. Release the buttons once the display shows "Fct". This will restore the piano to default settings.
Press and hold the [Transpose] button, then use the [+] or [-] buttons to adjust the pitch up or down by semitones. Release the [Transpose] button when done.
Regularly dust the piano with a soft cloth and keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure all connections are secure and avoid using harsh chemicals for cleaning.
Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port. Press the [Rec] button to start recording, and the [Stop] button to finish. The recording will be saved to the USB drive.
Sticky keys are often due to debris or moisture. Carefully clean around the keys with a dry, soft cloth. If the issue persists, consult a professional technician.
While it is possible to use pedals from other brands, it is recommended to use Roland-compatible pedals for optimal performance and functionality.
Press the [Function] button, then use the [+] or [-] buttons to navigate to "Touch". Adjust the sensitivity level with the same buttons.
Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the outlet is functional. Check the power switch is turned on. If it still doesn't power on, inspect the fuse or consult a technician.
