To set up the Roberts Stream107, plug the radio into a power source, extend the antenna, and turn it on. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, set the time, and scan for available DAB stations.
Ensure that the antenna is fully extended and placed in a vertical position. Try moving the radio closer to a window or higher location to reduce interference and improve signal reception.
Check that the power cable is securely connected to both the radio and the power outlet. Verify that the outlet is working by testing another device. If the radio still doesn't power on, try a different power cable if possible.
To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button, navigate to System settings, and select Factory reset. Confirm the reset when prompted. This will erase all custom settings and restore the radio to its original state.
Press the Menu button, go to Network settings, and select Wi-Fi setup. Choose your network from the list and enter the password if required. Ensure the radio is within range of the Wi-Fi router.
The Roberts Stream107 supports MP3, WMA, AAC, and FLAC file formats for USB playback. Ensure that the files are compatible and the USB device is properly formatted.
Check if a firmware update is available by visiting the Roberts Radio website. Download the update to a USB device, insert it into the radio, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
Ensure that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly and the radio is within range of the router. Restart both the radio and the router. If the issue persists, try resetting the network settings on the radio.
Tune to the desired station, press and hold one of the preset buttons until you hear a confirmation beep. The station will be saved to that preset button for easy access in the future.
Regularly dust the exterior and ensure the antenna is free of debris. Avoid exposing the radio to moisture or extreme temperatures. Periodically check for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance.
