To perform a factory reset on the Roberts Sound66 DAB 2010, press and hold the 'Menu' button until the settings menu appears. Navigate to 'Factory Reset' using the tuning knob, then press 'Select' to confirm.
Ensure the antenna is fully extended and positioned vertically. Try performing a manual scan by pressing the 'Menu' button, selecting 'Scan', and then choosing 'Manual Scan'.
Press the 'Alarm' button on the device, use the tuning knob to set the desired time for the alarm, and press 'Select' to confirm. Ensure the alarm mode is set to either 'Buzzer' or 'Radio'.
Check if the unit is properly plugged into a power source. If it is, try resetting the device by unplugging it for a few minutes, then plugging it back in.
Ensure that the device is placed on a stable surface away from any obstructions. You can also adjust the bass and treble settings through the sound menu to suit your preference.
Use the AUX input located on the back of the unit. Connect your external device using an appropriate audio cable, then select the 'AUX' mode on the Sound66.
Regularly dust the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any cleaning agents or water. Check the antenna for any physical damage and ensure it is securely attached.
The Roberts Sound66 does not support software updates over the air. If you suspect a software issue, contact Roberts customer support for assistance.
Ensure that the unit is plugged into a reliable power source. A power interruption can cause loss of presets. Additionally, check if the internal battery backup is functional.
Press the 'Sleep' button on the device, then use the tuning knob to select the desired duration before the radio turns off. Press 'Select' to activate the sleep timer.
