To charge the Pyle PSCHD90SL camera, connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable. Ensure that the camera is turned off during charging for optimal charging speed. A full charge typically takes about 3 hours.
To transfer videos, connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable. Once connected, the camera should appear as a removable drive. Open the drive and navigate to the folder containing your videos, then copy and paste them to your desired location on the computer.
To reset the camera to factory settings, turn on the camera and access the settings menu. Navigate to 'System Settings' and select 'Factory Reset' to restore the camera to its original settings.
If the camera won't turn on, ensure that the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, try removing and reinserting the battery. If the camera still won't turn on, a factory reset or contacting customer support may be necessary.
To improve battery life, turn off Wi-Fi and other features when not in use, reduce the screen brightness, and avoid using the camera in extreme temperatures. Additionally, ensure the firmware is up to date to benefit from any battery optimization updates.
The Pyle PSCHD90SL camera supports microSD cards up to 32GB. It is recommended to use a Class 10 or higher speed card for optimal performance, especially when recording high-definition video.
Ensure that you are using a high-speed SD card and that the lens is clean. Check the camera settings to confirm you are recording at the highest resolution available. If problems persist, updating the firmware may resolve quality issues.
To update the firmware, download the latest firmware version from the Pyle website. Copy the firmware file to the root directory of the SD card, insert the card into the camera, and turn it on. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Use the provided helmet mount and straps. Attach the mount securely to the helmet using the adhesive or straps, then attach the camera to the mount. Ensure that the camera is tightly secured before use to prevent it from falling off.
If the camera overheats, turn it off immediately and allow it to cool down in a shaded area. Avoid using the camera in direct sunlight for extended periods and ensure that the vents are not obstructed to facilitate proper cooling.
