To turn on the Pyle PLDM120 Distance Meter, press and hold the power button located on the front of the device until the display lights up.
Ensure that the device is powered on and the battery is charged. Check that the laser is unobstructed and aim the laser at a target surface. If the problem persists, reset the device by removing and reinserting the batteries.
Press the 'Unit' button to toggle between different units of measurement such as meters, feet, and inches. The selected unit will be displayed on the screen.
