To set the time on your Pyle PHRM22 Watch, press and hold the 'Mode' button until the time display starts flashing. Use the 'Start/Stop' button to adjust the hours and the 'Reset' button to adjust the minutes. Press 'Mode' again to save the settings.
Ensure the watch is snug on your wrist and the sensor on the back is in contact with your skin. If readings are still inaccurate, clean the sensor with a soft cloth and try again. Interference from other electronic devices can also affect readings.
To replace the battery, use a small screwdriver to remove the screws on the back of the watch. Carefully open the back cover and replace the battery with a new one of the same type. Ensure the new battery is properly seated and reattach the back cover securely.
The Pyle PHRM22 Watch is water-resistant but not waterproof. It can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water, but it is not suitable for swimming or showering.
To reset the watch to factory settings, press and hold the 'Mode' and 'Reset' buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until the display clears. This will erase all data and restore default settings.
First, check if the battery is correctly installed and not depleted. Replace the battery if necessary. If the watch still does not turn on, inspect the battery contacts for corrosion and clean them if needed.
Press the 'Mode' button until you reach the stopwatch function. Press 'Start/Stop' to begin timing and again to stop. Use the 'Reset' button to clear the stopwatch and return to zero.
Clean the watch with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the watch in water. Ensure the sensor area is clean for accurate heart rate readings.
To extend battery life, avoid using the backlight frequently and disable unnecessary alerts. Ensure the watch is not exposed to extreme temperatures. Replace the battery with a high-quality one when needed.
Ensure the watch is fitted securely on your wrist and the sensor is clean. Try repositioning the watch or adjusting the strap for better contact. If issues persist, reset the watch and try again.
