To connect your Pure Highway 200P to your car's audio system, use the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to connect it to your car's AUX input. If your car does not have an AUX input, you can use the built-in FM transmitter feature to broadcast the signal from the device to your car's FM radio.
To improve the FM transmission quality, try to select an FM frequency that is not used by any local radio stations. You can manually tune the FM frequency on the Highway 200P and your car radio to ensure they match. Additionally, place the device in a location with minimal obstructions.
Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the device and the power source. Check if the power source is functioning properly. If the device still does not turn on, try using a different power cable or adapter.
To reset your Pure Highway 200P, go to the device settings menu and select 'Factory Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted. This will return the device to its original settings, erasing any stored presets or configurations.
Ensure that the antenna is properly connected and fully extended. Check if you are in an area with DAB coverage. If the problem persists, perform a full scan to search for available DAB stations.
To update the firmware, visit the Pure website and download the latest firmware version for the Highway 200P. Follow the instructions provided to install the update via USB or other specified methods.
The Pure Highway 200P does not support direct Bluetooth headset connections. However, you can connect it to a Bluetooth-enabled car audio system that supports such features.
While listening to a radio station, press and hold one of the preset buttons on the device until you hear a confirmation beep. This will save the current station to the selected preset button.
Poor DAB reception can be caused by obstructions such as buildings or tunnels. Ensure the antenna is fully extended and positioned correctly. Environmental conditions or being in a fringe reception area can also affect signal quality.
To clean your Pure Highway 200P, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Regularly check the antenna and connections for dust and debris to ensure optimal performance.
