McCulloch M46–125RX Spare Parts List

To start the McCulloch M46–125RX, ensure the fuel tank is filled and the oil level is adequate. Press the primer bulb 3-5 times, engage the safety lever, and pull the starter cord.
Use SAE 30 oil for general use or SAE 10W-30 for varying temperature ranges. Always check the user manual for oil specifications.
Sharpen the mower blade at least once a mowing season or more frequently if you notice uneven grass cuts or if the blade hits debris.
Check the fuel tank for stale fuel, inspect the spark plug for wear, and ensure the air filter is clean. Replacing old fuel and cleaning the carburetor can also help.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the filter, and clean it with soapy water if it's foam. If paper, tap gently to remove dirt or replace if necessary.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced blade, loose parts, or debris caught in the mower deck. Check and tighten all bolts and ensure the blade is balanced.
Regularly change the oil, replace the spark plug annually, clean or replace the air filter, and use fresh fuel with a stabilizer. Regular maintenance checks are vital.
The cutting height can be adjusted using the lever located near the wheels. Move the lever to the desired height position for uniform grass cutting.
Ensure the grass catcher is installed correctly and not full. Check for blockages in the discharge chute and clean the underside of the mower deck to prevent clogs.
Before storing, clean the mower, drain the fuel tank, and remove the spark plug. Store in a dry place and cover with a protective sheet to prevent dust accumulation.
