To start the blower, ensure the fuel tank is filled and the switch is set to 'ON'. Prime the engine by pressing the primer bulb several times, set the choke, and pull the starter rope briskly until the engine starts.
The blower requires a fuel mixture of 40:1, which means 40 parts gasoline to 1 part two-stroke engine oil.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is clean and properly connected, verify the air filter is clean, and ensure the choke is set correctly.
Clean the air filter after every 5 hours of use or more frequently if used in dusty conditions.
Check for any loose parts or debris lodged in the blower. Inspect the impeller for damage and ensure all screws and bolts are tight.
The blower is primarily designed for dry leaves. Wet leaves may reduce performance and clog the blower. It is recommended to let leaves dry before use.
Inspect the spark plug after every 25 hours of use. Clean any deposits with a wire brush and check the gap, adjusting if necessary. Replace if worn or damaged.
Drain the fuel tank, clean the exterior, remove the spark plug and add a few drops of oil into the cylinder, then pull the starter rope to distribute the oil. Store in a dry place.
Perform regular maintenance including air filter cleaning, spark plug inspection, and using the correct fuel mixture. Store the blower properly when not in use.
Check for blockages in the air intake or exhaust, clean the air filter, ensure the correct fuel mix is used, and inspect the spark plug for wear.
