To start the McCulloch Elite 47 PDE, first ensure the fuel tank is filled, the spark plug is connected, and the throttle lever is set to 'start'. Then, pull the starter cord firmly until the engine starts.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87. Avoid using ethanol blends higher than E10 to prevent engine damage.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, and then every 25 hours of use or at the beginning of each mowing season.
