Matsui MWM800E User Manual

To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Close the door securely and select the desired wash program using the program selector dial. Press the start button to begin the cycle.
Ensure that the washing machine is properly plugged in and that the power socket is functioning. Check if the door is closed firmly. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out completely. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residues. Use a soft brush to clean any remaining deposits. Reinsert the drawer once it's clean and dry.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free from debris. If necessary, manually drain the water by placing the hose at floor level and into a basin.
It is recommended to clean the lint filter every month to maintain optimal performance and prevent blockages.
Excessive vibration can occur if the washing machine is not level. Adjust the feet to ensure the machine is stable. Also, avoid overloading the drum with laundry.
Ensure the machine is on a stable, level surface. Check that all transit bolts have been removed. Avoid overloading or underloading the drum, as both can increase noise levels.
Run an empty hot wash cycle with a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to remove any build-up of detergent or mold. Keep the door open after washes to allow air circulation.
To reset the washing machine to factory settings, turn off the power and unplug the machine. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. Refer to the user manual for specific reset instructions if needed.
Regularly clean the drum, detergent drawer, and filter. Ensure the machine is level and not overloaded. Use the correct amount of detergent and periodically run a maintenance wash cycle.
