To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry and add detergent. Close the door securely, select the desired wash program using the control dial, and press the start button.
If the machine does not drain, check if the drain hose is clogged or kinked. Ensure that the pump filter is clean and clear of debris.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue, and then dry it before placing it back.
Regularly clean the drum and detergent drawer, check and clean the pump filter, and inspect hoses for any leaks or damages.
Ensure the load is balanced and not too small. Check if the spin cycle is correctly selected. If problems persist, inspect the motor belt for wear or damage.
Refer to the user manual for specific error codes. Common solutions involve checking water supply, ensuring the door is closed, and inspecting hoses and connections.
Ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check that the load is balanced and not overloaded. Use anti-vibration pads if necessary.
Use high-efficiency (HE) detergents for optimal performance and efficiency, as they produce fewer suds and are designed for modern washing machines.
Run an empty load with a drum cleaning detergent or vinegar on the hottest cycle to remove residue and prevent odors.
Leave the door slightly ajar after each use to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and perform drum cleaning cycles as needed.
