To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the designated compartment, select your desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free of debris. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact a service technician.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water and use a soft brush to remove any detergent residue. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting.
Excessive vibration can occur if the machine is not level. Adjust the feet to stabilize the machine, ensure the load is balanced, and avoid overloading.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, check and clean the pump filter, inspect the door seal for mold, and run a monthly drum cleaning cycle with a washing machine cleaner.
Ensure the power cord is plugged in securely, check the circuit breaker, and verify that the door is closed properly. If the issue persists, contact a qualified technician.
Refer to the user manual for specific load recommendations, but generally, for cottons, a full load is suitable, while for delicates, it's best to load half or less to prevent damage.
Use lower temperature settings, run full loads whenever possible, and select eco-friendly wash programs to minimize energy consumption.
It is generally not recommended to wash shoes in a washing machine as it can damage both the shoes and the machine. Consider hand washing or using a specialized shoe cleaning kit.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent for best performance and to prevent excess sudsing, which can lead to longer rinse cycles and potential malfunctions.
