Check if the air filter is clean and ensure that doors and windows are closed. Also, verify that the thermostat is set to a cooler temperature than the current room temperature.
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks during periods of heavy use. If the unit is used less frequently, monthly cleaning is sufficient.
The "E1" error code indicates a problem with the temperature sensor. It is recommended to contact customer support or a professional technician for assistance.
While it is possible to install the unit yourself if you have experience, it is recommended to have a professional perform the installation to ensure it is done correctly and safely.
To change the mode, use the remote control or the control panel on the unit. Press the "Mode" button to cycle through the available options: Cool, Dry, Fan, and Auto.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the air filter, checking for any blockages in the air vents, and inspecting the unit for leaks or unusual noises. Annual professional servicing is also recommended.
Water leakage can be caused by a blocked drain pipe, incorrect installation, or excessive humidity. Check the drain pipe for blockages and ensure the unit is installed properly.
Ensure that the air conditioner is installed securely and check for any loose parts or debris inside the unit. Regular maintenance can also help reduce noise levels.
Check if the batteries need replacing and ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit. If the issue persists, try resetting the remote or consult the user manual.
