Matsui MFC100 Instruction Manual

To assemble the Matsui MFC100, first attach the blade to the central post in the bowl. Then, place the lid on top of the bowl and ensure it locks into place. Finally, attach the motor unit securely to the top.
Disassemble all removable parts and wash them in warm, soapy water. The bowl, lid, and blades are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
Ensure that the bowl, lid, and motor unit are properly aligned and locked into place. Check the power cord and outlet. If it still does not start, inspect for any visible damage or obstruction.
The Matsui MFC100 is not designed for chopping ice. Using it for this purpose may damage the blades or motor. It is best used for softer ingredients like vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
For optimal performance, do not exceed the maximum fill line in the bowl and cut ingredients into smaller pieces before processing. Regularly clean and dry all components after use.
If the blades are not chopping efficiently, check for dullness or damage. If necessary, replace them with new ones. Also, ensure that the ingredients are not too large or hard for the chopper.
Store the chopper in a dry, cool place. Keep the blades covered or detached to prevent accidents. Ensure the unit is unplugged and clean before storing.
The recommended capacity is to fill the bowl up to the maximum fill line, which is generally around 500ml. Overfilling can affect performance and may cause spillage.
Unplug the unit and check for any obstructions or misalignment of parts. Ensure the blade is properly seated and that the motor unit is securely attached. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning after each use and inspecting the blades for sharpness. Additionally, periodically check the power cord for any signs of wear.
