To clean the Matsui MDF110S Fryer, ensure it is unplugged and completely cool. Remove the oil, wash the basket and lid in warm soapy water, and wipe the inside with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling.
It is recommended to use oils with high smoke points such as vegetable oil, canola oil, or peanut oil for best results in the Matsui MDF110S Fryer.
To prevent food from sticking, ensure the food is dry before placing it in the fryer. You can also lightly coat the basket with cooking oil spray before use.
If your fryer is not heating up, check if it is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functional. Ensure the lid is securely closed and the thermostat is set to the desired temperature.
It is advisable to change the oil after 8-10 uses or when the oil appears dark and has a rancid smell. Regularly filtering oil can extend its usability.
To reset the fryer, unplug it from the outlet, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Ensure all settings are correctly configured.
To avoid oil splatter, do not overfill the fryer and ensure food is dry before frying. Using the lid while frying can also help prevent splatter.
Always place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep the fryer away from water and flammable materials, and never leave it unattended while in use.
The fryer has an indicator light that turns off when the oil reaches the set temperature. You can also use a thermometer to verify the oil temperature.
A burnt smell may indicate old or burnt oil. Ensure regular cleaning and oil changes, and avoid overheating the oil.
