To reset the hob, turn off the power at the mains for a few minutes and then turn it back on. This should restore the default settings.
Ensure that you use flat-bottomed cookware suitable for induction hobs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Refer to the user manual to identify the specific error code and follow the troubleshooting steps provided. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Use the '+' and '-' keys on the control panel to increase or decrease the power level settings of the hob.
The buzzing noise is normal and is usually caused by the type of cookware used or the power level setting. Adjusting the cookware or power setting may reduce the noise.
Place a magnet on the bottom of the cookware. If it sticks, the cookware is compatible with induction hobs.
It is not recommended to leave the hob on unattended for safety reasons. Always supervise cooking and ensure the hob is turned off after use.
